1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age (General/UR): 42 Years

Selection Process

To secure a position as a Food Safety Officer, candidates must clear the following four stages:

1. Written Test (Preliminary Exam): The exam will consist of 150 objective-type questions carrying 150 marks. The total duration will be 150 minutes. Please note that there is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
2. Skill Test: Candidates qualifying the written exam will be called for a practical skill test.
3. Document Verification (DV): Verification of educational certificates and identity proofs.
